Weihai Printing Machinery Co., Ltd. cooperated with Delphax to launch elan500 -high speed color inkj

Weihai Printing Machinery Co., Ltd. and its partner Delphax Technologies Limited (United States) have launched a high-speed, color, duplex, cut-sheet printer Elan500. This is after jointly launched an EBI technology based high-speed digital roll-fed printer CR2200 in 2013.  Elan500 was developed based on latest 1600DPI high resolution inkjet printing technology from Memjet.  In this printer Delphax designed advanced paper transport technology, reliable printing control system and powerful software functions, which are reflecting digital printing design experiences and knowledge accumulated by Delphax over the years. 

The Elan 500 is a high efficient digital production press, it includes a patent paper transport system able of single paper pass duplex printing, it can print on a wide range of paper media with a high speed of 500 A4 images per minute equivalent to 3750 SRA2 ( 450mm x 640mm) per hour.  Elan 500 printing workflow is designed based on Adobe PDF technology, it can be customized to personalized printing and management process required by customer.  Located in North America, Delphax Technologies Limited has engaged in digital technology and device’s designing and manufacturing for over 30 years.  Delphax’s products include various high speed digital printers, black and white, color printers, roll-fed and cut-sheet printers which are designed and manufactured by its own EBI toner technologies and inkjet technologies.  Products are widely installed in book printing, direct mail and other commercial printing industry worldwide.  Its high printing quality with low running cost has won customer recognition.  Weihai Printing Machinery Co., Ltd. and Delphax Technologies Limited, both parties are committed to cooperate closely to devote to design, manufacture and promote digital printers suitable to China market.
